Refund policy

At FRESAH, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hasanarham0102@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you — FRESAH covers all return shipping charges. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, you may choose between a full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days) or an exchange for a different size, color, or item of equal value. Sale items, undergarments, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. In case of a defective or incorrect item received, we will prioritize resolution immediately at no additional cost.
