Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and packaging before it is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. We also offer express delivery for customers who need their order faster — express shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times vary depending on your region. For customers in India and Pakistan, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. For UAE/Gulf customers, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. For all other international destinations, please allow 7–14 business days for standard delivery, or sooner with express shipping. These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier conditions, or unforeseen delays — FRESAH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. FRESAH is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will investigate the matter with the courier on your behalf. For international orders, please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by FRESAH.
